Basics
A foundation class that is suitable for beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga asanas. Instructors are hands on with demonstration of poses and deep explanation of the practices.
HOT 26
Hot 26 is a fixed set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that systematically work with every part of the body. This practice is held in a heated room (~40°C), giving your internal organs, veins, ligaments, and every muscle what they need to maintain optimum health.
HATHA
Hatha is an alignment based class that provides step-by-step instructions to guide you into individual yoga asanas. You will learn proper muscular engagement and relaxation required of each asana, creating more body awareness, strength and flexibility with each practice.
HATHA 2
Hatha 2 is an advanced practice for you to immerse deeper into the practice, exploring poses such as back bends, arm balances, and inversions.
FLOW ALIGN
Flow Align is a practice of yoga poses through alignment that compliments breathing. With the layering of physical and energetic engagement, you will be engaged in a purposeful sequence that brings you into a peak pose.
FLOW
Flow is a fast-paced practice, involving postures that are continuous and synchronized with the breath. This class will help you build strength, flexibility, and stamina.
CORE
Core classes aim to strengthen the core muscles with sets of static postures and repetitive movements. Core muscles are important in mastering advance poses like arm balances and inversions. Basic postures and exercises are taught in the class.
STRETCH
Stretch is a great class to work on your flexibility. With gentle movements and longer holds, this class will help relieve tense/tight muscles, pain, and release trapped lactic acid in the body.
YIN
Slow-paced with poses held for longer periods, Yin yoga helps to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It also aims to cultivate one's inner silence - a reprieve from busy modern lifestyles.
YIN Yang
Yin Yang provides a well-constructed sequence to improve fitness while promoting relaxation, by integrating both Yin (passive, cooling energy) and Yang (dynamic, warming energy).
MOBILITY
Our mobility class is specially designed to enhance your flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall movement quality through targeted exercises and stretches.Here's what you can expect from our class: 1. Dynamic Stretching: Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of dynamic stretches that gently warm up your muscles and help you increase your flexibility. 2. Functional Movements: You'll learn how to move effectively in your daily life as we focus on functional movements that are relevant to real-world activities. 3. Joint Health: You'll discover techniques to improve joint health and reduce the risk of injury, which will enable you to live an active and pain-free life. 4. Progressive Challenges: As you attend our classes regularly, you'll notice a steady improvement in your mobility and flexibility, which will help you achieve new fitness milestones.
STRETCH & SOUND THERAPY
This class is a perfect time to slow down the mind and stretch out those tight muscles- Yin Yoga practised in the immersive experience of the Himalayan singing bowls. You will be embraced into a state of calmness against the background of the meditative resonance of sound therapy that you not only hear but feel, while guiding and surrendering your body into a comfortable alignment.
PRENATAL
A class for all mother-to-be, to have a comfortable and enjoyable pregnancy through the techniques of breathing exercises, physical movements and postures to strengthen and relax the body, to ease the mind and to connect with their baby in a safe and supportive environment.
