COVID-19 RESILIENCE
Effective 1 January 2022: Updated Safe Management Masures (SMMs)

  1. What’s required?
    When signing in at the front desk, please show your vaccination status via the TraceTogether / HealthHub app for verification.
    Only the following groups will be allowed entry:
    (a) Fully vaccinated individuals (with booster)
    The following vaccines are considered: Pfizer-BioNTech/ Comirnaty, Moderna, Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sinopharm, and AstraZeneca.
    (b) Recovered COVID-19 individuals
    (c) From 1 December 2021, individuals who are medically ineligible for all COVID-19 vaccines under the National Vaccination Programme can take part in activities at VDS facilities without needing to take a PET. Refer to https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/pet for more details.

    Kindly keep to your mat at all times in class.

  2. Limited Capacity
    We will follow the strict guidelines of the authorities.
    Kindly refer to our online schedule to see the number of spaces available. Remember to book early! If you are unable to book a mat, please join us online!

  3. Mask to be worn at all times, only take it off when in class.
    You may remove your mask when the class starts, but please remember to put it back on when class ends.

  4. Do not intermingle.
    Please avoid chit-chatting and leave the premises immediately after class. No one is allowed to come and wait for you while you are in class.

  5. Shorten your visit
    Shower facilities, toilets and locker rooms will be accessible, but we strongly encourage you to come in your yoga gear to limit the time in the studio. Yoga mats and props will be provided. *YAY*

  6. Check-in using your Trace Together token/app.
    Please download the app or have your token ready before coming to class.

  7. Stay home if you are unwell!
    You will not be allowed to enter if you have a temperature above 37.5°C and/or display any flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, running nose, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath) If you are coughing or sniffing in class, even if it's just due to morning sinus, we will chase you out!

  8. Practice good hygiene
    Please be considerate towards everyone else around you.
    Sanitize your hands frequently, and please clean up after yourselves e.g. wipe your sweat off mats or surfaces, do not leave used tissues or soiled clothes behind. We will, of course, be disinfecting the studio very diligently as always.

With the current COVID-19 situation, we will not be allowing our teachers to conduct classes if they show any signs of being unwell. As such, classes may be cancelled or there may be last-minute changes to the instructors.
