- Please do not unsubscribe to our emails because we need to send you important information. We won't spam you with ads!

- The official booking and account management platform is via our Mindbody website. (NOT THE APP!)

Age Limit
- Children below 12 years old are not allowed to join our regular classes.
- Children between 12 to 16 years old will need an accompanying adult for the first class.
- Children are strictly not allowed in hot yoga.
Senior citizens are also welcome to attend yoga classes, although if exercise is not part of their regular routine, it is recommended they try more gentle classes such as Stretch or Basics.
PREPARATION BEFORE CLASS
Please read our house rules and familiarize yourself with our booking system and policies.
Do not be late. Do not be late. DO NOT BE LATE!!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class, so we can orientate you, and you can talk to our friendly instructors if you have any questions or health issues. While our yoga instructors will do their best to accommodate any injuries or health issues you may have, they’re not doctors. If you’re not sure, please check with your doctor before your first class.
Come to class hydrated and try to skip that Char Kuay Teow if it’s less than 2 hours before class. Many yoga postures work both internally and externally; for example, doing a twisting pose designed to massage your stomach can be uncomfortable after a full meal.

What to wear
Wear stretchy, close-fitting and light clothing that absorbs the sweat from your body. Baggy or heavy clothes get oozy with sweat and just generally get in the way. For guys – make sure loose shorts have an inner lining (Otherwise the person behind you may see more than what they were bargaining for!).
Shoes are not allowed and it is best not to wear socks.

What to bring
- Towels (available for rent at $1 each).
- A padlock for the lockers (numeric padlocks can be purchased at $3 each).
- Water bottle (there’s a water dispenser and bottled water can be purchased at $1 each).
- Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided, but you’re also welcome to bring your own.
Once you are here
Please remove your shoes as you enter our premise. Yoga is a barefoot thing, so we try to leave the dirt at the door.
No bags are allowed in the studio so please stow them in the lockers.
Please observe silence in the studio. The yoga studio is traditionally regarded as a sacred space. Just as you are to leave your shoes in the lobby, you are to leave your conversations at the door as well. Enter the studio as silently as possible. This way, you aren't disturbing others who may be using the time before class begins to quiet their minds and relax.
Reserve your chit chats for the locker room and chill out area. =)
Try to stay for the whole class even though this can be tough the first time– your body might not be used to bending and stretching that way, especially if the room is hot. Yoga classes are sequenced to work systematically though your body. Joining the class late or leaving halfway may be unsafe. It is also distracting for everyone else if people are coming and going. So try to stay put!

You’ll be surprised how fast you can pick it up!
We promise we’ll talk you through every move and every posture in plain English. =)
