 Terms & Conditions
  • Cannot be used for any other classes except Live Streams
  • Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
  • Strictly ​not extendable
  • All expired class credits will lapse and cannot roll over
Here's what you need to do:
  1. Buy livestream credits from our online store
  2. If you prefer to deduct one class from your existing package for each live stream class, you can make a booking directly
  3. After payment, book a class as usual on our online booking page.
    All live stream classes are listed under the "ONLINE CLASSES" tab, location "Sims Ave"
    ​(You can book as unpaid first as we need sometime to update your account)
  4. Make sure you choose classes with [LIVE STREAM] infront

  5. Have a laptop, tablet or phone ready
  6. Check your email! We’ll send you the link to join via Zoom, 30 minutes before class
  7. Click on the link. Come in a little early (5 to 10 minutes before class) to make sure everything is working​

Booking details :
  • Bookings open 3 days before the start of a class.
  • Bookings close 1 hour before the start of each class.
  • If you missed the cut-off time, email us and try your luck. 

​NOTE:  If the 7:30am or 8am class is cancelled, we will notify you via email by 9:30pm the night before.

Cancellation details :
  • Cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the start of a class.
  • 7:30am & 8am classes are different. Cancel by 9pm the night before.
  • Anything outside of this timeframe is a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in a class being deducted.
  • No-shows will also have a session deducted.

Tips to improve your online experience :
  • Connect your laptop or tablet to the TV for a better view
  • Connect an external speaker or use wireless earphones

why didn't i receive the link?
It could be due to the following reasons:
  • It has landed in your junk mail folder
  • You do not have a valid package and have not paid for the class.
  • You booked the studio class wrongly instead of the online class
  • Your email address in the system is wrong
Can i still book after the cut-off time?
Yes, you can email us at heyyogainc@gmail.com to try your luck. 
if  i get DISCONNECTED from the class halfway, how?
You can try joining the class again. If you can't rejoin or experienced other techinical issues, please email us immediately to return your credit. No credits will be returned if you contact us after the class ends.
WHY CAN'T I MAKE A BOOKING?
  • Booking only opens 3 days in advance.
  • Maybe it is after the cut off time liao.
  • Maybe you have not made payment and did not choose to book as "Unpaid"
My package is worth more than $18 per class leh! How?
If you cannot accept the value difference, then don't use your package lor. You can pay $18 or buy a live stream class package separately. =)
